21 Day Fix... Does it really work?

After purchasing this program and following it for two weeks, going into my third week, I decided to share my thoughts so far on the 21 Day Fix that was designed by Autumn Calabrese and promises you can lose up to 15lb in just 21 days.

For those of you who don't know what the 21 day fix is... It's a 3 week program that combines daily workouts and eating healthy in the right portions. This program is designed to teach you how to eat healthy. It's great for people who don't know the correct portions to eat, how much to eat, no self control of the quantity you should be eating per day. This program takes the guessing out of everything, just follow the book and you will see the results. Two weeks in and already lost over 11 lbs!!!

One of the best things I love about this program is you pretty much eat what you want. So, you can still eat that pizza or have your glass of wine!



Basically, there are seven 30 minute work outs and a 10 minute ab work out.
