    Shaun T breaks down every move step-by-step in his new Cize workout. So even if you are uncoordinated or don’t have a background in dance, you can definitely do it! If I can – you can!

    If he breaks it down step-by-step, am I going to burn a lot of calories?

    Yes!! You will learn the moves step-by-step, and then you put them together to “Cize it Up” to blast a ton of calories.

    How long are Shaun T’s Cize workouts?

    The program itself it 4-weeks, but it can be repeated right after. You can still get amazing results. The workouts are 3-45 minutes long.

    Will I be able to teach Cize in a gym?

    Yes! There will be certifications after Cize is released on DVD.

    What kind of music is in Cize?

    It’ll be pop music that Shaun T picked out.

    Will it be different than Rockin Body or Hip Hop Abs?

    Yes – this looks like Rockin Body or Hip Hop Abs with a massive makeover. Unlike his other dance workouts, the song matters as well. It is going to still tone all of your muscles, but the moves and music is so much better. Plus Shaun T’s cueing and motivation is better now as he has gained experience with his other workouts (Insanity, T25 and Insanity Max 30).
