Tuna Cakes

It seems I Make these tuna cakes at least 2-3 time a month just cause they are simple, delicious and inexpensive to make.   If you love crab cakes you will love this!


Ingredients

    2 cans (6 oz each) light tuna in water, drained, flaked
    1 pkg Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken
    1 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
    1/2 c shredded carrots
    1/3 c mayonnaise
    2 T sweet pickle relish
    3/4 c water
     
     
     

Directions

Mix all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes.

Heat large non-stick skilled sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat. For each tuna cake, shape 1/3 cup lightly packed tuna mixture into patty. Add patties to skillet in batches.

Cook 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown on both sides, turning over carefully.
