1.Stay hydrated

Our skin is the body’s largest organ and where we visually notice the first signs of ageing. While there are a number of common causes, each person’s individual lifestyle, genetics, health condition, and environmental exposure will determine the rate of visual ageing.

The most significant culprit for the majority of people is the environment. Extensive exposure to the sun’s UV (Ultra-Violent) rays robs your skin of its natural oils and collagen resources. My Thoughts on Nerium 

This stuff is outstanding. Some products I review are great products but others are truly top of the line. Words can’t always express how much I love a product when I find a product like Nerium!
